Presentation

Jan 14, 2015

Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Fellows,

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to Montpellier, France, from June 23 to 27, 2015, for the ISGRE Summer School dedicated to the gynecology and endocrinology of the adolescent girl. As you know, adolescence is at the intersection of pediatrics, endocrinology, OB-GYN, psychology, public health, and many other specialties.

“The management of adolescent endocrine and gynecological disease is quite specific”

The adolescent girl is no longer a child but not yet an adult and, for this reason, the management of adolescent endocrine and gynecological disease is quite specific. To address the complex issues of this very special time of life, we have invited international opinion leaders who will be teaching on such topics as abnormal pubertal development, menstrual disorders, hyperandrogenism, anorexia nervosa, premature ovarian failure, and adolescent contraception, abortion and pregnancy.

“We will be offering meet with the experts in small groups for case discussions”

We are quite excited about the Scientific program.
In addition to the usual teaching courses, we will be offering all attendees the opportunity to meet with the experts in small informal groups for case discussions including the possibility of presenting their own clinical cases. We believe this opportunity to share difficult cases with some of the world’s best clinicians may be the highlight of the entire program!

Montpellier is in the south of France, a short drive from the Mediterranean Sea. It is a university town with over 90,000 students, and it boasts the oldest school of medicine in the world. As the summertime approaches, the cultural life of this vibrant city moves into high season, offering a wealth of festivals.

We look forward to welcoming you
to this exciting event in 2015.

The ISGRE Summer School

Feb 27, 2014

In order to better focus on the educational issues the ISGE decided in 2010 to create its own School. The International School of Gynecological and Reproductive Endocrinology (ISGRE) fosters education and clinical application of modern gynecological endocrinology throughout the world by organizing high-level, highly focused residential courses twice a year, the Winter and the Summer Schools.

World renowned experts are invited to provide their clinical experience and their scientific update to the scholars, creating a unique environment where science and clinical applications melt to provide the definitive update in this continuously evolving field.
